Can I reserve a parking space in advance?
Yes, you can reserve a parking space online for € 10,- per evening (dinner ticket) and from € 25,- per day (day ticket).
How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance via the cancellation link in the confirmation email. The cancellation fee is €2.50.
Can I change the date of my reservation?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to change the reservation date. Please contact us if you have any questions.
I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I enter and exit multiple times with a day ticket?
No, a day ticket is valid for one entry and one exit only.
Why did I have to pay extra after making a reservation?
A day ticket is valid from 00:01 to 23:59. If you stay longer, the regular hourly rate of € 8 per hour applies.
What does parking cost for multiple days?
Reserve a multi-day ticket from from € 25,- per day. Without a reservation, the standard hourly rate of € 8 applies after 24 hours.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with cash, debit card, and credit card.
What does parking at Parking Centrum Oosterdok cost?
The standard hourly rate is € 8. The maximum daily rate is € 45,-. With an online reservation, you can park for € 10,- per evening and from € 25,- per day.
Accessibility
Am I allowed to park with a trailer?
No, parking with a trailer is not allowed.
Is the parking garage suitable for large cars or vans?
The maximum clearance height is 2.10 metres. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Facilities
Is there a bicycle parking facility?
Yes, there is a supervised bicycle parking facility at Entrance A with space for 2,500 bicycles.
Are there charging points for electric cars?
Yes, there are 136 charging points available. There are no charging options for e-scooters.
