The Rembrandthuis is a museum situated in the house where Rembrandt lived between 1639 and 1658. The house is in a part of the city where in that time many rich merchants and artists where settles. In the museum an alternating selection of Rembrandt’s prints are on permanent display. The museum het Rembrandthuis or the Rembrandt House Museum is situated on the Jodenbreestraat, also known as the Sint Anthonisbreestraat. This museum is an absolute must when visiting Amsterdam.
